How the plans work.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is ₱0. It includes one seat, 1 GB of storage, 10 open cases, and one board. Archived and deleted cases do not count toward the 10. You can start with Free without choosing a paid plan.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a person in the workspace, whether a lawyer or a staff member. Every active member and every pending invite uses a seat. Free, Starter, and Advance each include one seat. Add a secretary or another lawyer for ₱899 a month on Starter and ₱1,399 a month on Advance. Free does not include extra seats.
How does storage work?
Each seat has its own storage. Free is 1 GB. Starter is 50 GB. Advance is 100 GB. An extra seat adds a person with that same allowance. It does not add to anyone else's storage. Owners and admins can see each person's usage in the workspace.
How many cases and boards are included?
Free allows 10 open cases and one board. Starter allows unlimited cases and one board. Advance allows unlimited cases and five boards. A board can hold another practice group or office. The first board starts with columns for an ordinary case, and you can add columns of your own.
Do paid plans unlock different features?
The workspace is the same on every plan: the board, clients, hearings, documents, comments, history, deadline rules, and reminders. Starter and Advance raise the seats, storage, and case limit. Advance also raises the number of boards.
When do we pay, and can we change plans?
You start on Free and choose a paid plan inside the workspace. Prices are in Philippine pesos and billed monthly. You can move to another plan from the workspace. Moving to a smaller plan waits until the workspace fits that plan: fewer members if you are over the seats, fewer files if you are over the storage, archived or deleted cases if you are over the open-case limit, and fewer boards if you are over the board limit. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
